Dr. Granoth is an Israeli hand surgery specialist who needed a bilingual (Hebrew and English) medical platform to serve both local Israeli patients and international patients seeking specialized microsurgical expertise. A single-language site was limiting his reach and failing to convey the depth of his specialization to English-speaking referring physicians.
