Built a mobile-first job management system where field technicians log job status updates, time on site, and materials used directly from the app — giving the office team real-time visibility into active jobs without phone check-ins.

An in-app camera tool for capturing before, during, and after photos tagged to specific jobs — replacing physical inspection reports and providing a time-stamped visual record for insurance claims and client sign-off.

Field technicians can generate and send invoices directly from the app once a job is complete — eliminating the delay between job completion and invoice delivery that previously required office processing.
