The Pacific Connect app was commissioned to serve a geographically dispersed Pacific Islander community across multiple countries who lacked a single digital platform for community communication, event announcements, and resource sharing — relying on fragmented WhatsApp groups and email chains.

Built structured community channels within the app — separating general discussion, event announcements, and resource sharing — so members can engage with relevant content without being overwhelmed by a single chat stream.

An in-app event system allowing community administrators to publish upcoming events, share location details, and track RSVPs — replacing the manual coordination previously done via WhatsApp.
